Multiple trolls/hackers banned today

Earlier today, a number of different user names trolled your beloved E-I and amongst other things intimated that E-I had been hacked, that ip addresses of members were unsafe, and posted page after page of rather disgusting scat pictures on numerous threads throughout the site and also sent these as visitor messages to a few of the members.

Once your complaints started to come in, the moderators acted swiftly and the following user names who were responsible for this troll attack were banned: phette, timebomb, shamus and lolo.

Later, once it had been possible to run a complete check of ip addresses for members of this site, the following user names which share ip addresses with the above trolls were also banned:
