Agree with all that but accommodation if your sensible can even be got in Dublin 4 for €2000 a month. Thats less than €80 a night.

The price EI charge for advertising is criminal.

That doesn't help for us touring girls though! Belive me it's a struggle to find anywhere affordable that is decent and won't throw us out.

The girls can probably speak better to this but I imagine demand for services is probably down which feeds into the numbers sticking around. For many people visiting one of the ladies is a luxury expense that many have probably had to cut out due to cost of living increases. I noticed a small bump in prices lately which is understandable given the increased costs for the ladies but this then further puts people off already struggling to justify splashing out. It is a weird one because normally prices in a market are dictated by demand but you have this weird situation currently where while demand is lower prices are increasing which isn't sustainable.

Sure Dublin hotel prices are absolutely insane, with a good number of clients coming I'd say some would just about break even, so probably not worth it

For a studio apt? �� what is on there for 2k a month is unworkable from. Starting from no intercom to old building that draws attention

This coming from someone who is actively seeking at the minute for long term rent. D4 is manic for rents at the minute from 6k to 16k pm
