There should be more back-up when it comes to having fake reviews attached to an

I think that you have nailed your problem here. This is an escort website. I would guess that you get guys expecting to get a cheap fuck and when all they get is a handjob, they get angry. I think that you need to be much more explicit on your profile that nothing else is available. Subtlety does not work here.
