This has come up before and the explanation given was that there is a glitch in the system and sometimes when an escorts images are removed and replaced by one of these 3d renderings by the E-I staff sometimes the photo remains verified (methinks it's just someone forgot to tick a box) but anyway if you report this post via the ! icon top right a member of the staff will rectify it.
