thats my point i have over the years spent a 1000 euros so long as it was right service/click factor and will again but it seems the pm system is a thing of the past to prove a point i pmed a lady of belfast simple information needed ..............silence sadly says it all............but she lost an overnight booking anyway thats life there has been no reply after 36 hours so please the she might have been working bit is not an answer anyway best of luck to her
