To be honest, last tour in Ireland, my phone rang 24/7 and it about drove me mad. I had to sleep sometimes lol or get a shower. And I always feel guilty anyway if I dont answer phone. But then again, half the callers were asking questions that were on my website like rates, services, what I look like lol. This blocked up the phone then for legit callers. Or left me drained so that I wanted to just switch off and not see anyone. There were so many lovely guys who I probably didnt get to meet because of this. I can tell you too, that when I went to Clare, the morning I arrived, I got a caller using charm to make me think he was sincere in booking, and then he switched his tone to telling me I must leave town or else he will come to my hotel room and force me out. To be honest, this is not my way. I am more a person who likes to take spur of moment callers and not ask questions. But Ive thought about things for 1 year now and I find this will be the best approach for me in Ireland. If I get no business, then it will just give me more time to hike the mountains in Mayo and Kerry. If I ever move back to Ireland, maybe I will go back to the old way of doing the set up. But for the touring, because of staying in hotels and other apartments, and hearing what they are doing up in Belfast.... This will be the way it goes.
Its funny because I didnt really mean to go on so much about protocol in this thread. I just really wanted to share with you my new website, because I feel proud to have made it today.
Thanks for your support honey. Guys like you are the kind I want to see and enjoy
