See that is the problem basically none of you are in anyway prepared to admit that the another mod did anything wrong.

Now if i had called someone a cunt my post would have been edited/deleted by now and i would be on vacation from the site. But someone in the circle does it and none of you apparently have the balls to stand up and even say that is wrong he should not do that never mind actually do anything about it.

You can't be taken seriously as someone who wants to just help the site run smoothly while at the same time turning a blind eye to things that are wrong and bring the site into disrepute because the person behind them is one of your own.

Once you do that you are not moderating for the community to make things run better you are moderating for the moderators.

I had hopes when yourself luther, carlos etc were appointed that you might take a different tack but this loyalty to mods not to the community that is on constant display brings the whole modding thing into disrepute as far as i'm concerned.

If a mod did something wrong they will be called on it, maybe not in the public forum but they will be dealt with. You are saying that the mods mod the forum but who mods the mods, right. its not just other mods but the actuall E-I staff will call us up on it if we have done something deemed wrong.

Addmittedly thee is a loyalty here as we have to trust each other but if some goes to far there are questiones asked but it is all behind closed doors
