I’ve seen a few posts recently about profile videos not working. Not sure if it’s user specific but I’m having the same problem most of the time.

They don’t work on mobile but are fine on desktop. Dosnt matter what browser I use on my phone , they just go black and play through

Same for me even after clearing cache and cookies, but if I just keep refreshing the page it eventually works

I have to reload the page every single time.
They work the second time the page loads.
This is on my phone.
I've no idea why this is

Videos not working this morning
Videos are not working in profiles for me this morning.
I've tried Firefox, Opera and Chrome.
Often I have to reload a page sometimes more than once to get them to work, but this morning nothing.
Hard to crack one off to photos
Anyone else having issues?

No issues here, I can crack one off to anything

Hiya yes..getting an error "The player is incorrectly configured "..am using an android phone and have tried chrome and IE ..
