Videos still not working?

Hiya yes..getting an error "The player is incorrectly configured "..am using an android phone and have tried chrome and IE ..

Still not working for me. Audio still plays with no video. Tried clearing my cache and cookies again and tried different browsers. Strange since they used to always work.

Not working here either, on mobile or laptop. Videoplayer is incorrectly configured it's telling me
