i didnt read it in the newspapers i have said i work for the council and there are two travelers working alongside us through fas and we get on fine but as i said i deal with travelers face to face everyday so what i have said is true and yes you are right you earn respect and how have they earned it??? maybe the people you know have jobs and work hard i have not denied that and i wont deny that there are good people in the traveling community who want to better themselfs but are held back from doing so because they are travelers but im making the point that you cant use the traveler and its their tradition card to defend them when they do something wrong the law applys to all and i also know that the rest of society break the law aswell but dont get away with it as often as the travelers ... i know you wont agree with this either but as you said thats your opinion and this is mine...

PS councils need to be privatised.They are not productive enough to justify their costs.Thats basic economics.Why are ppl having to pay water charges?Because of wastage by councils.

A it is a way for the government to tax people without calling it tax

B it will eventually be privatised and their friends in big business will make a nice earner out of it too
