Easy, just go to your fav website, Right click pic, select properties, copy URL address (the one starting with http://)
Then when you are posting here just click the insert image button (the one with the pic of mountains on it and paste in the URL address.
Just make sure it dosn't double up on http:// bit (thats there already)

Just check that when you paste in the url that it hasn't doubled up on the http:// bit.
Use the right arrow and scroll through it to the left to check.
If it reads: http://http://www.whatever.
You need to delete the duplicate bit so it starts with: http://www.whatever
Hope this makes sense.
