For me it's both the massage itself and the HE. But the first usually leads into the other, if I've had a good massage then the HE is generally going to be better, and the opposite is also true - bad massage usually ends up with a perfunctory HE.

I find if a lady is good with her hands, and can perform a skilled massage, then she's going to be skilled at HE too.

I don't seek BJs with my massage. Just a personal preference. If no BJ is a deal-breaker then you're excluding a lot of very talented masseuses!
