    Only off the girls !

There would definitely be classes you can take. Europeans (mainland) seem to pick up languages very easy. I think the Irish struggle...I'm useless, but I have a bit of German.

Polish is a very difficult language to learn, as for Siamese

Yes, I knew there was probably a bit of a German in you at some point.

    ˇHolá! Jess,

I'd also suggest you to check the Cervantes chapter in Dublin, this organisation curates official Spanish language and proficiency exams, their registered classes are usually excellent.

    https://dublin.cervantes.es/en/default.shtm

I've been studying Spanish for few years, with some gaps in between, I love the language sounds.

The things that worked best for me so far:

Rosetta Stone app, the yearly subscription and program is great.

    HoyHablamos podcast - https://www.hoyhablamos.com/

    Coffee Break Spanish - https://coffeebreaklanguages.com/tag/cbs-season-1/

These two podcast are simply beautiful and much fun.

I saw many Spanish speaking groups in Dublin, check your closest Library, my area has two active groups meetings.

You can also look for Spanish speaking folks who are trying to learn English.

You may start into some Spanish-ish pubs and restaurants, have some tapas and some chat.
Las Tapas de Lola, and Salamanca in D2 are two great places to visit.

    Hasta pronto
