Right to Contraception
The Griswold v. Connecticut decision was decided in 1965, when the Supreme Court decided in a 7-2 decision that people have the right to privacy granted by the Bill of Rights that protects against state restrictions on contraception. If overturned, states would be granted the ability to outlaw various forms of birth control.

Right to Homosexual Conduct
In 2003, the Supreme Court decided in a 6-3 vote in the Lawrence v. Texas case that making it a crime for members of the same sex from having intimate sexual relations violates the due process clause.

Right to Gay Marriage
Lastly, the high court decided in 2015 in the Obergefell v. Hodges case that the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment protects the rights of same-sex couples to get married in the same ways that opposite-sex couples can.

America is fucked. Trump lost the presidential race (thankfully), but they didn't beat the Republicans as much as they would have liked. It's crazy what they are doing...dirty bastards at the end of the day.

We know gun control is a lost cause...New York State has refused to make it illegal to carry a concealed handgun. I knew there would be all this bullshit after the terrible school shooting recently and then they just forget it and wait for the next one.

I think America is becoming boring for a lot of people now. It's a sad state of affairs, but much of the population supports this discrimination.

I seen so many American women including younger women celebrating this ruling... jumping up and down cheering...talk about deranged?

Even the way they talk about gun violence/mass shootings...the American people are mostly detached and unless it affects them directly they don't seem troubled by it and then every single president at that time offers the "thoughts and prayers" line.

The individual laws by individual states is awkward too I think. Sure Texas is bigger than France! The difference between the likes of California and Texas is incredible...like two different countries within a country.
