The thread didn't really deviate from the original post though. The title of the thread seemed more ironic to me. It seemed to never be about the parade so I get your point. Maybe a bad choice of title to begin with.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I wasn't able to adequately convey in my earlier comment on this thread.
Regardless of your standing on the many issues being 'debated' with regards to the rights of a minority it seems, to me at least, tactless and cruel to use pride parades in the month of pride as your vector of attack.
