Does she have a website where you are expected to fill in a form concerning interests and experiences before she will speak. That's something I've experienced and it worked out well. If she just expects you to commit to a session or provide some payment without speaking first- that does sound strange.

If you've never met her before then that does sound strange. I'd be inclined to not bother dude
