Does seeing a pregnant woman count as a fetish?

During my pregnancy I have sometimes been unsure of where to post.

My clients have had all sorts of reasons to see me. For some it really does seem like a fetish. For others it's just a unique experience they would like to try once in their life. Others see me because they are my regulars or because they are attracted to the services I offer, the pregnancy is of no importance. Some of my sweetest experiences have been with men who longingly look back on the time when their wife or partner was pregnant and remember it as a very special time.
