Default A serious q on an unserious topic

I'm not much of a travelling guy. Give me a dog and a leash any day. I get homesick going to the shop. Anyway why is it that non English ppl shout when talking? As in loud. It seems the further East you go the louder they get until eventually they start getting squeaky.

I don't think what westside has said qualifies as racism as he has not selected a person or people of a particular racial/ethnic group, especially one that's marginalised as defined by Google dictionary.
It was just a general observation that even the most mild mannered people sometimes make. Like saying "Spanish students on the bus today were very noisy..." or that "in general most Chinese people tend to have black hair.."
This is not racism. Why are the Irish so quick nowadays to play the racism card without even thinking?

Can't say I've noticed this at all. The Yanks are louder than most and they are west..

Do you think it reasonable to tether your best friend, to leash him in your pursuit of recreation?

I noticed this in Greece and Bulgaria, when speaking English to us it was placid but when they speak to each other in their own language we thought it was going to kick off , they were amused by our reactions.
