So instead of explaining why pb was demodded which we were not discussing come back and explain why he was banned.

After all she has gotten the mods to run it for her as she couldnt be bothered to do it her self. I remember her telling the forum that mods would never have the power to ban another member that she alone would deciding on who gets banned, now any one of the mod squad can ban a member at thier whim... whats next.. the mods have full access to ip addresses? a way of reading private messages so they can approve them?
This is the start of a nanny board where the mods call the shots and if you are not with them you will be banned...
I think Patricia should at least have the courage to say why PB was banned or lift the ban and go against her Mods......but she probably wont bother....

I'm not sure who your source is regarding the threatened mass resignation, but you should really get yourself a new mole.

The only thing that was threatened on this site was when your friends nbt and pats bodyguard threatened strike action over a certain financial matter. This links in very nicely to something you said about 3000 a year. To my knowledge, no community mods were aware of Patricia's intended show of appreciation prior to their appointment, so that was never a consideration on the part of community mods in taking on the role. I cant say the same for all the current review mods. However, had Patricia made any mention of money, it would have been very interesting to see who would have tried to climb the greasy pole into the Patcave then.

Mods dont want to ban anyone. It is ususaly left as a last resort. . No one has ever been banned for no reason whatsoever.

This is not an attack on Moderators in general just a way of highlighting qph's inability to mod fairly and impartially.....so far you seem to be doing a good job.

He may be in control of these boards but we all know that he is not in control of his sences.. just ask a number of escorts that he decided to "help" even after being told that they didnt want/need his help. This man is a danger to anybody that he gets personal info on.....

actually patricia,s gift of 250e to me was 2 weeks late despite being promised that payment would automatically be made on the 15th of each month. i pay my workers on time or else there,d be an uproar. i pay on time and expect payment on time, thats the way business works good. i cant give my time away, escorts dont give their time away for free, admin staff doesnt give their time away. maybe someone whos retired, very bored or very rich can give their time away, but i simply cant ffs


as a com mod or review manager doing 2 to 3 hours a day or 15 to 20 per week your pay is actually only between 2 and 4 euros an hour. now when i,m substituting the time that i actually have to try to make a living for time spent helping this site for 2 to 4 e and hour and it looks like patricia is logging on everyday but ignoring any request for help never mind a request for prompt payment then it starts to look like shes trying to wind us up. patricia done this before on us and ric was scared to ask and i stuck up my hand.


when pat is logging on and ignoring issues it starts to look like she is hoping no-one is saying anything about pay so she doesnt have to put the 3 new mods onto her payroll, after all, if she can get you to work for nothing, like qph, for a while, then shes that bit richer at your expence.


carlos and the new mods, your all still in your honeymoon period as mods, its still novel, ask yourselves in 3 months, 6 months even would you do your work for nothing? all that endless reading every post and deleting spam. its a lot easier now carlos with the no of mods, youve no idea of what a bollix it was in the early days.
