Apartment or Hotel?

I ask as I am planning my accommodation for Cork this month

Last month I found housekeeping quite an annoyance and felt I was ducking and diving

I'd always chose a hotel over an apartment. Some girls only work from hotels and its great to know that before calling as it takes the stress out of trying to find some random apartment block.

But reading some of the previous threads about this question you will find that it's a personal choice. Some guys are paranoid about hotel meets and treat it like an ambush..... trying their best to look like they are not going for a ride and failing miserable.

You wouldn't get me in a hotel in Ireland for a meeting. Oh no...I'm one of the lads Clubcard is talking about haha. I have no business being in a random hotel so if I'm seen it's a problem. Now I realize some will say looking for an apartment is more suspicious, but I just find it better for me. I do my research so I have a good idea where I'm going and I'm more on the street with an apartment. The thoughts of bumping into someone I know in a hallway in some hotel in Dublin...no thanks. I can talk myself out of some apartment courtyard. I know some lads love hotels and I'll probably get stick haha.

I prefer apartments. They are easier to me and it just feels easier to blend in.
I always feel awkward walking through a hotel and therefore feel like I'm standing out.

Apartment only..... If I was seen in or near a hotel it would be well known that i had no "good " reason for being there. Lots of neighbouring families have kids working in the hotel sector around the country. For house or apt visits I value the covid mask

I agree. If I can get some landmark info from the Lady and do a google search of the area it helps... I do not like to have to resort to the phone as im looking for the house or apt

Yes there's something terribly awkward about a bloke on the phone outside a bunch of apartments haha! Regulars are a godsend!
