What was shocking for me is Vatican with his 12 or something as low as that.
I agree 18 is about the minimum i would be comfortable with,however i had no idea it was so low in some other countries,it does explain a few things to me though,such as Miss Rio de janiero,i know she is 19 now but jez i was really taken back how experienced she was,i now understand why she is so good!
