I've been doing the same, but mainly to see how old the pictures are - there's quite a few with their profiles pics going back to 2016-2018, with the oldest I found still using the same pics from 2013. I wish I still looked like I did in 2013!

Yes I usually look at oldest review photos now. I wish I had before because one very popular escort with over 500 reviews that I visited in the past used the same photo from 2011. She was very nice I enjoyed my time with her and I really didn't want to rock the boat so I never left a review.

Yes, I also check the pictures from previous reviews. As well as using Wayback machine. A few profiles in particular which I won’t name have recent 5-star reviews. However, when you check pictures from previous reviews you see a selfie which is hardly a fair representation of the escorts profile.

I always check some older pictures and random older reviews too. I look out for any reconcilable marks etc. to confirm pictures. I look at some of the negative reviews, but also take a look at the other reviews of the client who left it because some people can't be pleased.
I haven't looked at any reviews for my regulars because I know for myself what the lady is like, but some guys seem to like reading reviews as a hobby; each to their own. Reviews are just a tool for me to do my homework.
Seems like hard work. Not what seeing an escort is about.
