Got to agree with the others-- just keep your kit off and go straight on back into the room, nothing they haven't seen before and no reason to waste time, especially if you're with a real clock-watcher. unless you really get-off from the lady undressing you, which is nice sometimes, I must say... otherwise, there's not much point; maybe just put your shorts back on, but no need to get back into the trousers, shirt and shoes again.
