COVID is like what Gerry said about the IRA "we haven't gone away you know".

We will sadly be stuck with this for a long time. That arse Borris announced a freedom day in the UK and see where that got him. I heard a guy on the radio say "just because Borris and the government want COVID to go away doesn't mean it has gone away".

Good to have our freedoms back again,

what is the most important word in the english language? Freedom I always say,

that being said, this evening's announcement was not necessarily welcomed by introverts,

I had a phone call, a friend who is quiet and reserved,

this person has enjoyed the past two years-less pressure to be social and going for drink,

they have been happy doing their own thing reading and watching netflix,

not everyone wants the pubs open.

spare a thought for the introverts.
A dangerous weakness of mine- "an attraction for fast women and slow horses"

I welcome tonights news but thankfully, but for the grace of God go I, Covid has not come to my door and I didn't the injections, never stopped sharing drinks , visiting, having a social life or working for that matter. Welcome back to all of you who cowed to authority and towed the line.

I'm going to celebrate with a young lady tomorrow afternoon.
I've been behaving myself too long.

It's slightly bemusing though when last week we had more than twenty thousand cases in one day and now all of a sudden pretty much all restrictions are abolished. I'm not complaining but it does make one think ....
We have two lives , the second begins when we realise we only have one .....
