The air-force flyover portion of the Victory Day parade in Moscow has been cancelled. Russian news agency says it was stopped due to "bad weather".
However, Moscow this morning has blue skies and good weather. It was rehearsed so they planned for it to take place.
Have they some information about something?
Flyover would be low altitude. Is it actually possible that they were concerned someone may have attempted to bring an aircraft down with a shoulder-fired weapon?

The Russians are right to to worried about this, the US gave the Ukraine 1400 Stinger missiles, very easy to hit a low flying aircraft over Moscow, also some of these Stingers will reach the black market and be used by terrorist groups around Europe and beyond
