Have you tried a longer appointment. It's unlikely that you will get lucky during a 30 minute appointment.

I don't think you can realistically 'expect' it without some planning on both sides.
Consider how depleted you yourself would be after a few orgasms.
Plan accordingly.

Personally I consider it a success if she gets a solid erection for me. Success rate is running about 70% on that with one load delivered and a couple of faked orgasms.

It's a bit hit and miss (no pun intended). Unwritten rule is that you'll have to pay for a full hour. Some may even charge extra, but i never entertain that. You can ask over the phone when you arrange (provided ur meeting is soon after) and you can re-ask when you arrive to stress the point.

Trying to tactically choose a time of day is a bit tricky. You could go early afternoon, but the girls sometimes prefer not to cum until later in the day. Going late in the day obviously risks them having came already.

Just remember - they're not machines. And if they're taking viagra it's even more difficult to cum. Not to mention that they might find it difficult to be aroused with an unhygienic/unattractive client.

If I didn’t get a cum shot I’d be disappointed however long the session. It’s more likely if you fuck them and especially if they are on top.
