now when i think of it, the old Trademans clobber is a brilliant idea, I visit sometimes in a Priests uniform and people just say Good Afternoon Father and look sad as must think I'm going to give the last rites or summat but dressed like a tradesman, like you could be going to fix her shower but always stick a screwdriver and a monkey wrench in the back pocket for good measure

Location is important. If its a hotel, work wear doesn't go well. On the Northside, don't bring your can, your tools will be nicked. An if you're a carpenter, don't get sawdust on the carpet.
At one time, I used like showing up with a tape measure and clipboard and start measuring up the apartment. It was the escorts job to seduce me. Try setting that up nowadays with a lady with limited English.

These days all I bring is my massive tool.

Some great replys here folks!! What I'm getting from this is it doesn't matter how you look once you blend in when you're getting there. When you're in, shower and freshen up and all's good. Some ads say "be clean" or words to this effect and I've always understood this to be what you wear but is this only speaking about hygiene?
