General Price Increases

Last a few months I been reading all articles how all prices will go up from January 30-40% from petrol (which is going up constantly since last year), food, gas, electricity, mortgages, services all. My rent going up every year by 4%. So my rates went up 2-3months ago. To prepare and cover all my costs (rent in Dublin, touring rent, traveling, insurance, car, health insurance, beauty stuff to look representative at work, adverts (€300 a week) and much much more. I got so many nasty texts. Like I am greedy whore/cunt. Who the fuck you think you are? You think your pussy is from the gold or what? Even my regulars made comments. Well guess what? We are people as well. Pay the same as you. Actually much much more. You can’t expect the same prices like 5-10-15 years ago. Even prices in 2005 till 2009 were €250,€200,€150. Even €300 a hour. Prices increased in everything. To be honest didn’t expect that from EI. As they are most expensive website. Nobody can compare these prices.

We can’t do anything about it. Complain, bitching, try to talk about it won’t help or change anything.

Well look it depends what sort of increase we see? At the end of the day I spent about 15 grand on escort services last year so it's not like a few bob would scare me off and I've always been a nice tipper especially close to Christmas. It's more the principles for me, but sure we'll see how it goes. I've had E.I. charges very well explained to me by a regular girl I meet and they are of course making an absolute fortune so their excuses are completely void to me. They raised up because they want more money as in corporate greed at it's finest. I don't blame the ladies at all...they have very high overheads.

At the start of the first lockdown when most ladies had to suddenly stop working EI gave ladies, myself included €100. They get a bad rap in the press but my experience in dealing with them over the years is they are professional and helpful. Nothing is same price as it was 10 years ago, nothing, inflation is part of life, and it's been well reported in the media that inflation is currently at a 5 year high due to the pandemic. but EI isn't a charity and neither are its advertisers I had noticed the increases in my expenses due to the hike in desiel and hotel costs also all the little things like tights toiletries they all add up too. It's just part of life we all have to get on with it, I cant see it having a huge impact on the oldest industry in the world though!

That wasn't criticism from me clearly. They are my opinions that some ladies might struggle with charging higher rates. Some girls I was meeting regularly were very quiet this winter. Getting calls saying what can I get for €50! Obviously nothing was the answer. I will be fine with the increase and you can watch out for my reviews if you like (I am a good and popular client I think). I just think that it is bad that this is happening, but anyway no problem...we have to get on with it my man.

Girls please dont be afraid of that. If almost girls put their price up, so then what will clients do? They probably adapt. Nobody is saying about some crazy rates. We are talking about rates which were already here in past. Do people have same salary like in 2015? So what are we talking about? One thing is fear and second is stupidity.

I think the vast majority of decent guys on here are not concerned with the ladies upping their rates for genuine cost of living reasons.

The main complaints here this evening are regarding the significant advertising price hikes.

I usually hate to weigh in on price threads, but this evening Jessica shone a light on something that I think needed saying...

Huge respect to all the ladies on here advertising, we don't begrudge you your rates, and from our perspective as punters, we can see what the rates are and decide accordingly.

You see that is a good point. Not a "yes man" way of thinking. My debate was about the increase put onto the ladies by E.I. not any extra put on myself as I haven't even seen that come into effect yet.

I know this increase is the proverbial straw that broke the camels back . An extra €25 per week for most isn't the end of the world but it's an extra expense on top of lots of other extra expenses.


It saddens me to see such a divide between the three groups involved here, it's very obvious that there are three groups. Advertisers/ punters and the website. Without one group there's nothing, I think we need to remember that.
