Generally I do not go direct from ATM to escort. I do worry about trail of evidence. 200 from ATM and half an hour later I exit an apartment cashless. So I put aside a few euro when I have some spare and I try to change it up to 50s before spending.
I've always liked to tuck the donation into a ladys cleavage, taking an obvious sneaky eyeful as I do. This approach hasn't worked for me since covid with ladies backing back and insisting that I wash before coming near them.

I usually take it from the ATM and fold it over, into the back pocket and it comes out when I'm in the room. I usually put it on the nightstand (locker ) or ask where I should leave it. I don't have a supply of envelopes but I may invest as I think it's nicer.
The odd time I've had it in my wallet but it just seemed wrong to be fishing cash out of a wallet in front of someone!

Personally, don't care how it's delivered.. well, ok, as long as it's not literally thrown in my face.. and if they did I would just laugh my ass off..

Anyways, I get that people are different and respect is perceived in many forms..

This is just my opinion, so don't freak out.. What I do is a customer service, like many out there only way too intimate. And how (manner of monetary transaction) is handled doesn't bother me one bit as long as both parties are happy out.. I never count or hide money until the appointment is over and they are out of the door..
