I completely empathise with ppl who are nut and shellfish intolerant, but I’m no clinician or biologist so no idea as to why it happens. Family member is and they have to be v careful.
But It seems as years roll by more and more “allergies” are front and centre in mainstream diets. Bread and milk etc. There has to be something to do with the ingredients. I myself developed a reaction to a foodstuff recently, not dangerous but never had it before, so what’s changed I’ve no idea.
