    Default Where to start

Hi all... been a punter for years but only just became a member.
Had a very disappointing experience with a TS last night and I was just wondering what the general rule is when leaving a review.
    Any comments or suggestions?

    Hi there,

    Please, check our rules:

Reviews should always be written in a respectful manner. You can express your dissatisfaction in a way that does not offend anyone with your comments.
The comment you have made is not appropriate, it is not the proper way.

There are very good examples online, you can be polite as long as you choose to be polite.

Who was it? Just don’t put up a thread about it or the review will be removed

    Why was my post removed?

I believe it was because I stated that a phrase used in the OP was insulting. Why delete my whole post, while just editing the OP to remove the insulting phrase? Especially when I offered perfectly reasonable alternatives to the original phrase.

    Hi there,

Sorry, I deleted your post because it alluded to what I edited from his post. But I agree that as you said, there are better alternatives. If I edited your post, I would have changed everything and I don't think that's a good idea either.
Could you post the alternatives again without mentioning what I already edited from the original post?

    Thank you!
