I would take the direction again she might be freaking if you already know, happened regular enough with girls using same apartment.

If I am asked, I would say I know where the place is. Need to be careful: easy to jump to wrong conclusions because it may be a another location close by.
Otherwise I would just play along. I have found too that you can freak people if you appear to know too much.

Usually I ask for a general location so I can plan a route. When I get much closer I ask for a bit more details. Usually bworks a treat

Dont ever assume you know more than the lady you are meeting.

If I know the lady, I'll say I know the place. If not I'll just go along with it or say I think I know but I'll check google.
One time I got cocky, I didn't tell her I knew the place but I remembered where it was. In my head I remembered where it was, in reality there were several similar looking buildings. Thankfully she was understanding that I couldn't find the building and was late but could well have been different had I said I knew where it was.
