No real average starting time I’d say, unless you are a regular it’ll be difficult to get an early morning meet, an escort doesn’t just hop out of bed ready to go, there’s prep involved, hair, make up etc, you may have to offer full payment in advance for a first meet or at least a deposit, pick a well established, well reviewed lady and just ask the question, good luck
