Typically if they advertise as both a Domme & Masseuse they are generally a full on Dominatrix.
If they are advertising as both a Domme & Escort then they are an Escort first and foremost.
A domme/escort will offer escort services as part of the dominatrix experience, though they may not be as well equipped as a full on domme in both experience, services offered and selection of toys.
From my experience, if you enjoy the humiliation side of domination (watersports, strapon, face slapping, spitting, ballbusting etc) mixed with sex, the domme/escort experience is for you.
My best experience of this kind of thing was with Mistress Jessica. This was when she was a domme/escort, but I havent met her since she became a full on domme as sex is now off the menu

I want the escort to take control and 'dominate' me but I am into sex. it seems that with real doms there is no sex involved. Within reason money isn't an issue but I want the partner to seem to be enjoying the session. If they are not then at least for the money they need to be a good actor. I am always freshly showered and 'toothbrushed'. I am always punctual and polite and never argue over the fee. The escorts I like (and return to) accept that a good act is part of the contract.

Interesting that you say “real Doms” don’t provide sex. I remember a dominatrix saying some time ago that real Doms would not have a bed in their chambers. In the past, I have always been more attracted to those who do not provide escort services

Each to his/her own. My biggest problem is I love the dress code that goes with the dom scene. If I could find an escort that dressed like the doms but did escorting I would be delighted. But very few do.

There’s so much stuff you can do with a domme in Ireland compared to say London where domination can be maybe just that with no nudity or touching. For me watersports receiving with maybe rimming allowed is a tremendous thing for a domme to allow
