The provider often doesn't have great options when it comes to their location so we need to keep that in mind. I personally don't mind if the place is a kip due to the landlord's malpractice. What I do care about is how the provider works with the building and what they do for the client. Clean sheets (no towels on the bed, please), clean bathroom, clean shower, clean kitchen if you have to pass through there, how tidy the place is, music and candles are a welcomed bonus...the provider can control all of these. They cannot control the state the location was left in before them.
I once arrived in a lovely hotel room with the lady's dinner and coffee cups still on the table...I've arrived at a rundown apartment where I could tell the bathroom floor had recently been mopped... Which one would prefer? Which paints the better picture?

Doesn't bother me at all where the apartment is to be honest. As for condition, as long as it is clean.
only 1 time i went to an apartment & the matress was on the ground, now that was not IDEAL to be fair, i felt sorry for the girl to be honest.
U forgot to say the walls was dirty with shoe and hands prints lol qnd in one room was a big hole in the wall and the kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes from previous ts girls who was there plus the garbage sack was full and open .imagine the smell �� . No bedding, no towels just a dirty apartment. . Imagine me arriving from London first time in a freezing cold early April.morning and landing in this �� of place. Qnd my phone was ringing crazy but I had to go first and get bedding cleaning products, a brum to can clean q bit the floor qnd towels. Nightmare. Touring apartments are hit and miss that why I prefer to work in my places I rented for long term. I often wondered. I think the towel is swapped out after each client instead of changing sheets.
You really had no idea?? Huh. I really, really want to tell you I'm lying. Unfortunately im not the only one to come across this. I've seen it mentioned in reviews.
Going back to my previous comment, it's what's inside the provider's control that matters to me, not what's outside their control. Shabby apartment with clean sheets trumps 5* hotel room with a beach towel on the bed.
