Ian Bailey is a man with a proven track record of extreme violence against women. Sophies death was shocking, battered to death by somebody swinging a breeze block. I have no doubts whatsoever.

I really dont believe he did it. Whats his motive? He is an eccentric, narcistic egocentric, nutjob alright, but that doesnt make him a killer.

Interesting few facts that came from the pod cast and docus. Sophie had told her husband she wanted a divorce shortly before coming to Ireland. She also had an affair with another French guy. She knew her killer as she walked to the gate with him. A French citizen is known to have flown to Cork airport and leave a couple of days later. The Gardai knowing this went to Paris but were refused the ability to question anyone. I wolud think it most likely she was killed by a Frenchie.

Baily didnt know her (so he says). She comes to Ireland so infrequently. How could there have been a relationship in such a small community and go unnoticed.

I reckon it was a hit job.
