Favorites are services that an escort is willing to provide. They may not provide them all the time, it is at their discretion if they choose to provide them or not during any given visit. It is also the escorts choice if this service is something they want to charge extra for. Some include all favourites in their rate others charge extra, you will only discover if it is an extra charge when you engage with any individual escort.
If an escort lists "kissing with no tongue" as a favorite then it means that this is a service that she is willing to provide but again she may not provide it during each and every visit, it is her choice if she wishes to provide this service or not.
Communication is key when arranging to meet an escort. Discuss if favourites you want to avail of are available and if so; do they come at an extra cost. Even if an escort confirms by phone that a favourite is available, you then may show up and she could decide she wants you to shower before performing a favourite. If you were to refuse the shower then that favourite probably then becomes unavailable.

That is my understanding of Favourites, I'm relatively new here so perhaps a more experienced punter would give a better definition or better yet an escort could give their definition of how they view their favourites.
