    The odds of any one of us being born is estimated at 1:400,000,000,000,000 (that's 400 trillion).

    It's estimated that the total amount of Homo sapiens that has ever lived is around 100,000,000,000 (100 billion - 8% of which is alive right now, which is kinda scary).

    So if we involve some maths here: 0.025% of the total amount of people that could ever live, have actually lived. As a fraction, that is 1/40 of a percent.....

    So yeah, in a sense we are each of us miracles. Be thankful you're alive and be thankful for what you have.
