Talk. Don't keep things bottled up. When you keep everything to yourself, your mind builds up pressure like a boiling pot. The lid can either be screwed on tight, in which case you'll eventually explode. Or it can be left with the lid over hanging slightly - and every so often, excess pressure will spill out, hurting you or maybe others.

But by talking, the pressure gets reduced. Reducing the chances of exploding of spillage.

So talk. To a loved one. A friend. A trusted colleague. A therapist. A love one's grave. Do anything, except keep it to yourself. Talking can sometimes be the best medicine.
