I've taken conflict resolution training for work, attended counseling for innumerable hours and watched countless videos on the subject; this video is probably the best explanation for anger and how to handle it, in a nutshell.

Yeah I checked him out...he died last year. I have a feeling i'll be quoting this man you've put me onto in two years time haha! My anger issues have really worsened the last couple of years...the missus has said I should talk to someone. I'm going to try this guy. Well cheers for posting that video...much obliged.
