No significant difference, I believe.

Both jurisdictions have made the same major change in the last six years, which is to make it a crime to pay for sexual services. There have been only a handful of prosecutions, and the consensus here has been that little has changed. If you behave sensibly and stick with well-reviewed ladies you are unlikely to need to worry about the legislation. For normal punting the punishment would just be a fine, and the publicity would probably be the main worry.
