How do you do that? Any youtube vids or posts I could read?

    For me it would be

    - Hanging around positive people who are ambitious in life. It pushes me to continuously improve myself
    - Sport one where you can set a goal and push your limits to meet that target. Running is a good one and joining a group were you all have the same goal. ie a marathon

    -
In truth, it all started when I found myself unable to let my mind go blank. I realised that I wasn't ready for that, but I think we all have an innate ability to dream... so basically, instead of thoughts running through my head without order, I ordered them to dream.

Meeting real people again. That social/digital life was addictive for a while but mentally was killing me. Thank God for vaccines, (and of course the sexy ladies on this site). We are social creatures

Cutting out sugar, drinking more water and frequent exercise. Feel so much better after 2 weeks.

When I have a bad week of eating or drinking I feel so much more miserable

For me the answer is massage.
I remember my doctor writing me a long prescription, but telling me that I didn't need anything if I would learn to relax. But that if I kept going as I was she reconed I had less than 10 years left in me. My solution, I changed doctors.
Six months later I was nearly crippled in pain. A workmate organised a massage for me. I only let her do my neck and shoulders, it was so effective I was back the next day for a full massage and another 3 days later. Completely changed my life. I even did an evening massage course. That was 26 years ago.
I was already visiting sexworkers before that but never erotic massage. I was out in Austria working and saw a small sign saying massage and she pulled the mickey out of me.
I now try to have a regular non erotic massage at least once a month, and for fun l prefer escorts that give good massage.
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

I agree massage will improve your quality of life.
But "full service" will improve it even more! [OK, I'll get my coat ]

I would like to know what improved your quality of life so much, you wish you did it sooner?

If I were to answer first I would say train before work, go to bed early and eat more protein.

I know it sounds superficial... but I think it has changed me a lot.
    What about you?

What have you been wanting to incorporate into your routine but haven't done yet?
chemio did me a lot s of good. Even open up a new chapter for me.
Having said that, a lot of very unpleasant feelings at the time.
don t get me wrong, I am grateful with the result, but a lot of not so happy memories

Changing jobs and earning lots more money. No financial worries and plenty to spend on leisure and things that make me happy.
