I tried the fasts and water fasts with minerals but did nothing for me, its all about reducing stress levels
My job really has taken the stress away as I get to work in different counties for 3, 6 -12 months at a time and this has changed my life for the better.

Meditation is the plaster we put over the cut called stress. The mistake ppl make with meditation is looking at master willyhunglow doing six hours a day. For 99.999999% of the population (myself included) this doesn't work and is highly impractical from both a time standpoint and a physical one. It's much better to get three 5 min sessions a day of good proper meditation than trying to do something you can't and won't do. Also remember that you can meditate with movement such as in qigong or Tai chi. What most ppl called meditation is actual the ancient art of zen or zazen. I'll stop their because ill go too deep. Meditate when you can for short periods and aim for quality, not quantity. Do that and learn how to handle, reduce or even prevent stress and your doing all you can.

Mindfulness is the most overrated load of bollox I've ever heard. I'm not saying don't do it or even get good at it but seriously you need to relax and not give a fuck either.

Why keeping banning me so? Surely I don't involve much overthinking and can't be that important either.

    This a great thread.

How do you do that? Any youtube vids or posts I could read?

    For me it would be

    - Hanging around positive people who are ambitious in life. It pushes me to continuously improve myself
    - Sport one where you can set a goal and push your limits to meet that target. Running is a good one and joining a group were you all have the same goal. ie a marathon

I would like to know what improved your quality of life so much, you wish you did it sooner?

If I were to answer first I would say train before work, go to bed early and eat more protein.

I know it sounds superficial... but I think it has changed me a lot.
    What about you?

What have you been wanting to incorporate into your routine but haven't done yet?
I gave up posting on here! I'm not putting down this community or E-I but I definitely spent to much time posting sh*t and a few helpful posts after a 25 plus years of punting I hope. And started drinking beer, the whiskey was just mental!
