I'd love to get better at Meditation and mindfulness, I find it so easy not to do and hard to concentrate for it, I reckon it would help with anxiety which I think I get from work. I think I probably have some sort of mild ADHD when it comes to things like meditation.
It only takes 10-15 mins, just focus on your breathing. Allow the thoughts to drift through your mind, don't dwell on them. Sounds easy and gets easier with practice.
