For me it would be

- Hanging around positive people who are ambitious in life. It pushes me to continuously improve myself
- Sport one where you can set a goal and push your limits to meet that target. Running is a good one and joining a group were you all have the same goal. ie a marathon

In truth, it all started when I found myself unable to let my mind go blank. I realised that I wasn't ready for that, but I think we all have an innate ability to dream... so basically, instead of thoughts running through my head without order, I ordered them to dream.
