Bought my first computer mainly to get on here. I didn't know one end of a computer from another when I started.
I joined this forum and a few others mainly for typing practice. Kept getting banned of boards ie, then off here. Moved house, new ip and I'm still here. I like that I can post stuff here that would be inappropriate elsewhere.

Kept getting banned from boards.ie made me chuckle.

I got banned for suggesting even the cheapest red wine is a good swap for something far more expensive served at the correct temp.

Pretentious wine snobs are so easily fooled.
