It will be difficult for almost anyone to achieve anything in Afghanistan if the US intervene in this which they easily could because most of them will die.

Maybe they didn't get it wrong. Maybe it suits the US to go back into Afghanistan.

We already have that on a smaller scale most conflicts have paid mercenaries involved people with little scruples or morals prepared to sign up to the highest bidder.
The problem with the army that you suggest is who would have ultimate control of that army as of the way of the world politics would control it with the major powers having the big say and each of those have very different agendas so we are just back to square one .
It would come down to financing it and ultimately the countries that could afford to support it are the countries already with most influence

The mess is always the same afterwards. And as you say, who is it handed over to? Easy to think a peaceful democracy will arise from the ashes with justice and liberty for all, but it's rare if that happens, if ever.

    Hello stranger!

Nation building though, a messy business. Ask the Israelis and the Palestinians...

Again going back to US intelligence they surely should have known this
    You are right .

As I said above , imo huge intelligence failure
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

No it wasn't. They knew. They let it happen. Your all forgetting one thing. The fact that the US will always want occupation of some part of the middle East. That will never change.

A difficult enough thing to do. You cant deal with the likes of the Taliban peacefully. The chances of the US and their allies moving against the Taliban are very high. You'll have a huge loss of life. As long as the middle East exists you'll have US interference in some form or another.
