TBH AHs who commit sex crimes will largely be unaffected by the presence of strip clubs, escorts and brothels.
The one main exception to this is where you have insane anti sex worker laws which make sex workers more vulnerable and therefore they will be targeted more by psychopaths who commit sex crimes!
