TBH I'd only been there several years ago before it turned into a full blown "erotic massage parlor" and they still did regular massages with extras at your choosing.
It was fairly sound back then, cute girls rubbing oil on you for a standard price.
But when they brought in these escort-price base services, I stopped in a few times just to check out whatever hotties might have been working, but you can tell from how they present and how they describe what's available it was an overpriced shake down.
They had a sister place on another street in D1 named after a cigarette brand that got closed down and converted into a Starbucks or something recently also.
Honestly, less of those overpriced dive-parlours doing business, the better.
