Heard good things about dapoxamine / priligy
Basically allows you to fuck without having to control yourself - wouldn’t that just be called god mode?

From your reviews, you mention being nervous consistently, and “less than 30 mins” duration.
If you are affected by premature ejaculation, then Priligy may be beneficial. It won’t calm the anxiety though.
I suspect there is more than just PE, mention it to your doctor, thats what they’re there for.
